Aloha from Hawaii!
I am taking a much appreciated, sun-filled vacation to the Islands with my three favorite people in the world until after the New Year.
You may know that aloha means both hello and goodbye, and in this case it truly fits. Because thanks to some sketchy wifi, I won’t be able to share the giveaways and trip highlights I’d planned. Instead, I’ll be soaking up the time here with my family away from the computer and will catch you up when we get back.
I hope the last few days of this year leave you with a warm feeling about the journey 2012 has been for you. And thank you for being a part of my journey. It may very well have been my favorite year yet.
And with that, I say again, aloha.

Maybe the bad internet is a good thing, then you don’t have to tackle the stress of having to write on the blog. I know from myself that I can’t relax and enjoy my vacation, if I’ve set myself to having to write blog post.

Best sandich ever is Bird of Pardis sandwich at Isaacs Deli
in Lancaster PA. They had many veggi sanwich choices wsy before
Veggi sanwiches became so cool.
My favorite childhood sandwich: white bread with ketchup. Mmm mmm! My tastes have changed a little since then, and now my favorite sandwich is a wrap with homemade hummus & raw veggies.
My absolute favorite sandwich = rye + sauteed spinch + brie cheese + apricot preserves + carmelized onions
