Medium Raw Giveaway Winner

It seems the blog and I have been on the fritz today. If only I could cram Saltines and Gatorade into my hard drive and make it all better…
Speaking of salty, I’m here to announce the winner of the autographed copy of Anthony Bourdain’s Medium Raw.
Pea Daddy is a few chapters into it (his own copy, not the winner’s–I assure you there are no root beer stains on the pages), and he says that I should have put a 21 and over rule on the winner, as Tony is a bit liberal with his use of the F-word. You’ve been warned.

On a side note – Anthony Bourdain is even more liberal with his F bombs in person. My husband had a chance to meet him AND dine with him at a dinner in his honor while we lived in Portland, Oregon. The Marlboro Reds, wine, oysters AND f bombs flowed like water… The most exciting experience of his life – after marrying me and the birth of our daughters of course!

My new camera came today so I’m out and about trying to think of things to photograph and blog about…wishing I could come make you a vegan matzoh ball soup for dinner!

I love him! After reading your post I mailed it to my husband. Major points to my man as he thought to check out the Edinburgh International Book Festival… and Tony is coming! So he was up and poised in front of the computer to get tickets when booking opened yesterday morning. We shall have our own audience with Bourdain at the end of August. Nice one Mama Pea.
