I can totally emphasize with the no heat thing! I’m living in a small town in China, and their idea of heat is running hot water through the “heating pipes” to warm the whole apartment. Essentially, it warms the house up by a grand total of 3-5 degrees. Needless to say, I’m loving my layers right now!

I LOVE your gingerbread family! I’m mildly obsessed with gingerbread men right now and even plan on baking some today or tomorrow (and I usually don’t bake as I’m a bit challenged when it comes to measuring and following instructions….). Gigi’s concert looks like so much fun. It looks like she truly enjoyed herself!

Glad you got your heat back! Our heater broke a little over two years ago a day before the toddler was born, and it was unusually cold at the time. It was such a nightmare. I’ll never take heat for granted again…

Awww This is so sweet. I remember all of my Christmas plays/concerts/whatevers. So fun.
