I'm going out into left field all by myself because I want the brussels sprouts recipe!!! I looooove brussels sprouts and mostly just nuke them and eat them like a bowl of candy - yummmmm. So when you mix carmelizing with brussels sprouts - you've got my attention. Pleaaaaaase - pretty please, with vanilla almond granola on top? :)

Do I really have to choose just ONE recipe?! The pies look absolutely delicious and the pancakes are making my mouth water. I'm also interested in that loaf recipe...so honestly if you put up just one of the recipes I'd be happy. Decisions decisions! :) I'm so glad you had a nice Thanksgiving - I wish I'd made all of those healthy vegan dishes for our Thanksgiving. Our table was overloaded with overly salty green bean casserole, Paula Deen's balls (TWSS), Pepperidge Farm stuffing, yams (too sweet for me), mashed potatoes with a gallon of butter and bread rolls. The only thing I really enjoyed were my brussel sprouts and the turkey. Ok I admit - I like stuffing...

I'm getting off on a tangent here. I just wanted to let you know again how thankful I am to have you and your blog in my life. I actually went back to one of your posts from a few days ago and copied and pasted into Word the Hugh Jass salad you had. The one with the Chik'n nuggets, 2 different kinds of hummus, pickles, etc...my kind of salad!! :)

I'm off to read your latest post - WOOHOO!

Dear Mama Pea:
Your ability to entertain in a family-tradition-heavy setting in a totally non-traditional vegan-style = seriously admirable. Although I know that life must be much more complicated than you allow us to believe on your blog, to me you are still a hero Mom. Here's my heartfelt thanksgiving to you for writing your funny blog and for sharing your great daily musings with the rest of us!! =)

I meant to say last night that your hair looks awesome curly! I wish mine looked that good if I let it go! I'd never straighten it!

Looks like a fab Thankgiving - glad there was no reason to dump a bowl of mashed potatoes on anyone's head.
