Such an old post…I’ not sure! I think I probably used a packet of dry stevia. Just use your judgment and sweeten to taste!

I made these pancakes (the recipe in the book doesn’t call for applesauce so I didn’t use it) but they came out really dense and heavy. Is there a way to lighten them up? The flavor was terrific though!
