i have found a new staple food for my house! i LOOOVE the vegan energy bars! thank you so much for sharing! i adapted it a little b/c i didn't have chocolate chips but i did have cocoa powder…so i put in a TBSp. in the dry mixture…& i didn't add the raisons. OH WOW! it was delicious! the taste reminds me somewhat of those yummy no bake cookies that my mom would make. i am training for a half marathon so i have found that these energy bars give me just what i need before a long run. blessings, my friend! ♡
